iCan Los Angeles faced challenges with social workers and families being unable to tour their facilities in person prior to placement decisions. We partnered with them to create an interactive 360° virtual experience of their facilities, allowing users to virtually walk through multiple locations, watch embedded videos, and interact with informational pop-ups explaining different program areas. This immersive solution eliminated geographical and scheduling barriers, enabling stakeholders to make more informed decisions while reducing pre-placement anxiety. The virtual tour has become an essential tool in iCan’s outreach and intake process, improving placement success rates and facility transparency.
